Description

Exercise the peer client against actual local WebSocket, Noise, coordinator, and quota components using disposable fixtures. Cover independent admission, registration renewal ownership, paced opens, offline drop, cancellation, interrupted writes, and route cleanup.

Regression tests cover forwarded DATA crossing local cancellation, late ACCEPTED, finite session history, idle recycling, reconnect, and rejection of genuinely unknown DATA.

A regression cancels one of two distinct-peer opens during blocked shared registration and verifies that the survivor completes Noise and HTTP on the same socket.
