Description
Combine authenticated probes and real-client observations into relay health windows. Pause or trip readiness after failures, require healthy windows before recovery, and serialize publication so an unhealthy observation during an in-flight write reaches durable state. Stop reports whether the final pause was published.
An overflow-tripped minute is excluded from the five healthy windows required for recovery.
Type of Change
Testing
Tests include both deterministic publication-race regressions, cancellation, stop confirmation, and health-window transitions.
