Description

Run optional relay maintenance from existing daemon ticks and propagate cancellation and tick-specific configuration. Prove direct preference and encrypted relay fallback with actual scoped Space pull/push and ACK convergence. Document programmatic setup, quota upgrades, operational limits, and trial stopping conditions.
