Description
Add authenticated catalogue and membership probes with response limits and verified clock checks. Publish matching authority and realm readiness revisions atomically in SQLite and D1 so partial or stale writes cannot enable relay admission.
A realm can publish a trip or refresh after another realm advances their shared authority revision. Invalid response headers also cancel streaming probe bodies immediately.
