Upgrade the SDK generator from v2.941.0 to v2.943.0.

The Ruby packageName description now spans several lines, which exposed a CLI bug: quickstart prompts sized their group before the lazy description rendered, so any multi-line description hid the input box. Prompt descriptions are now set eagerly and word-wrapped so the input stays visible.

Validation:

• CLI build and vet succeed; full test suite passes on v2.943.0.
• The Ruby quickstart prompt test covers the multi-line description case.

• Derive the format of a flattened same-type union from all of its members instead of the first one
• Drop a flattened union's format when an untyped const or enum member allows a value outside it

CLI

• Include auto-assigned short flags in usage schemas
• Size quickstart prompts for multi-line descriptions so the input box is never hidden
• Add a rootVersionFlag option (on by default for new SDKs) that registers a root --version/-v flag as an alias for the version command
• Add a cli.arrayFlagFormat option (repeatable by default, or json) so string and enum array flags can take a single JSON array
• Build command examples and README command links from the full rendered command path so nested commands show the command that actually runs
• Remove generated command docs for commands that were renamed or removed
• Name release archives after cliName so the generated install scripts no longer 404 when the repository name differs
• Make install.ps1 throw on failure instead of exiting, so a failed install no longer closes the user's PowerShell session

Python

• Serialize uuid, date, date-time and duration path parameters and encode duration parameters as ISO 8601

Ruby

• Render integer retry backoff exponents as Float literals so Sorbet signatures type-check, and emit a gem-name entry file for hyphenated package names so Bundler and tapioca load the SDK

Terraform

• Redact sensitive attribute and provider values from debug response diagnostics
