feat(template): adopt agent catalog contract v2

• 将根 agent-template 声明升级为真实的目录契约 v2 项目，固定归入第 10 类 10.agent-template
• 将可复制的 Agent 声明示例独立放入 references/declaration-example.yml
• 补齐 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex、Hermes、OpenClaw 五种运行时入口，并让薄适配统一指向 AGENTS.md
• 隔离模板与 Registry 的检出目录，避免校验时递归扫描契约依赖
• 增加新旧 Registry 的受限兼容校验，并在新 Registry 可用时自动启用严格 enforce

验证结果

• Registry 模板集成测试通过
• validate_skill.py --contract-mode enforce 返回 healthy
• YAML 与差异检查通过
