This PR contains translated/updated documentation pages in Ukrainian for v4 for the Intro section. This is essentially a translation from v3 with minor changes.
PS This PR also contains changes that were included in the previous PRs #1921, #1925 (see commits 2f81f25, 1bef51f).PS
