[Subtask] Add a JUnit fixture framework for test containers and move every caller to it #14002

Describe the subtask

Test classes declare the containers they need with fixture annotations (@HiveFixture, @KafkaFixture, …) and receive them as parameters or fields. The framework shares one container per run by default, supports private containers (scope), lazy start, dependencies between containers, and replaces the scripted Trino stack. Delivered in six parts.
