Major 路 Stability & Availability 路 Quick win

Reset the probe handle between files.

If one unknown-extension file contains media, the static _probeMediaInfo retains its stream metadata after OpenBufferFinalize(). OpenBufferInit() does not clear that metadata. A later non-media file can therefore inherit a non-empty Format, pass ProbeIsMedia, and trigger the unbounded _mediaInfo.Open(path) call. This restores the UI-freeze path after the first successful probe. Use a fresh probe handle per file, or safely close and reset the probe handle before each new file. The version-matched wrapper forwards these calls directly, and MediaInfoLib clears stored streams in Close(). (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @QuickLook.Plugin/QuickLook.Plugin.VideoViewer/Plugin.cs at
line 135:
Reset the static _probeMediaInfo handle for each file before calling
OpenBufferInit, using Close or a fresh handle so prior stream metadata cannot
affect ProbeIsMedia. Preserve the existing probe flow after initialization.
