Runs R CMD check on every pull request and every push to main: one job on ubuntu-latest, R release, with a 45-minute limit, from the shared template the other New Graph Environment packages use. A broken example, test or DESCRIPTION now shows on the pull request instead of at the next local check. R-CMD-check.yaml: a workflow whose differences from the shared one are inputs now calls NewGraphEnvironment/flows, so a runner, a timeout or a step changes in one place. A workflow with steps of its own keeps them, with its runner named (ubuntu-24.04) and a timeout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
