- add Quantum Break to games list
- add HDR tonemapping support with ReinhardExtendedPlus replacing vanilla's ReinhardExtended and Neutwo for display mapping
- sample luts using ReinhardPiecewise
- add LUT scaling support
- add Neutwo copyright and MIT attribution in About/Credits UI with link - add THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt with MIT notice text
