transform raw blocks into the data model an application needs.
Output can be written to PostgreSQL or ClickHouse, served over a stream, or consumed by a

Set the API key in `SUBSTREAMS_API_KEY` before running the
[Substreams CLI](https://docs.substreams.dev/).

## Query state with RPC

[Pinax RPC](https://app.pinax.network/docs/rpc) serves standard Ethereum JSON-RPC 2.0 from
archive nodes, so historical state is queryable at any block rather than only at recent ones.
