docs: add Pinax to data indexers

Closes #1738.

Adds docs/network/build/tools/data-indexers/pinax.mdx, following the existing per-provider pages in that section.

Pinax operates Firehose, Substreams, and archive JSON-RPC endpoints for Linea Mainnet and Linea Sepolia, and maintains the open source Firehose and Substreams stack alongside StreamingFast.

Written against AGENTS.md and the .cursor/rules/ files:

• No first person, no promotional language, no emojis

• 100-character line limit with semantic line breaks, one sentence per line
• HTML <table> rather than Markdown pipe tables, per markdown-formatting.mdc
• No invented protocol or API behavior: the page describes only Pinax's own endpoints and auth, and links to Pinax documentation for the rest

I wasn't able to run npm run start or npm run build against a local checkout, so a Vale and link-check pass in CI is the real verification here. Happy to fix anything those flag.

Scope

If this section is intended for indexing products only, I'm glad to drop the RPC section and keep the page to Firehose and Substreams.
