Context
I've noticed that the README.md files are not unified in layout, need updated links and to resolve a few visual issues. The GitHub templates for Issues were also with outdated filter lists and with minor opportunities for some tweaks to bring it up to date with recent releases and fix a few things here and there.
Since working with others on the other PRs for updating the README.md and template files, there are a few more things that should be applied to the templates for the sake of cohesion. These changes have already been applied to this existing PR, but PRs for this second revision have been made if already merged before these changes:
Hi @dotext,
Thank you for your pull request! We follow a specific internal workflow for handling PRs, so I have incorporated all your fixes and merged them into our master branch. I also made sure to add you as a co-author on the commit.

Thanks again for your valuable contribution!
Thanks @dmitriivqa39, I appreciate you taking this on board. I'm not sure why the co-author didn't seem to work properly (it made my email address 17621430+dotext@://github.com instead of my one I use for GitHub), but that's okay!
@dotext
t appears that your real email address is hidden and a placeholder was used instead. If your actual email is the one you used to send logs for AdGuard Mini for Mac, I will use it for future PRs.
