Summary

• Bump the lockstep package version (CLI, server, server-rs, both SDKs, the OpenAPI spec, and the generated SDK sources/docs) from 0.4.3 to 0.4.4.
• No API contract change since the last release, so the SDK client code itself is untouched beyond the embedded version string/doc-comment that sdks/generate.sh would also produce for a version-only regen.

Test plan

• Local run of the same version-lockstep check CI enforces: all 12 tracked files agree on 0.4.4.
• cargo check for both cli and server-rs against their edited Cargo.lock (only this workspace member's own version line changed; unrelated dependency versions like 0.4.30/0.4.46 are untouched).
• cargo fmt --check for both Rust workspaces.
• uv sync --frozen for server/python and the Python SDK to confirm uv.lock integrity after the version bump.
• Full pytest suite (with --extra all-connectors) passes with no regressions.
• ruff format --check clean.
