[Bug]: regular opening and minimizing giving unexpected behavior but gets fixed after opening 2 or more application.

Describe the bug

At first opening the application seems fine but that single application starts unexpected visual behavior when minimizing and maximizing again, it gets fixed after opening 2 or more application

To reproduce

In empty virtual desktop open app like konsole or dolphin it will open as expected but when you minimize and maximize it again it will start showing the bug

Expected behavior

It should maximize and minimize as expected
