## Program content
1. YFII从YFI fork中来，但与YFI已出现差异化竞争关系，YFII应该与YFI在品牌/LOGO/命名上作出明显不同的标示。
2. YFII在减半策略的运作下，总量已减至3万枚，并将持续销毁，建议将总量rebase至100倍，即300万枚。
