fix: Docker 生产改回 Node 运行 srvx（v0.1.8） - #10

v0.1.7 runner 用 oven/bun，srvx 的 shebang 落到 bun 的 node shim， Node 适配器给只读 Request 写 waitUntil，每次请求 TypeError。 install/build 仍用 bun；容器进程用 node:22 直接跑 srvx。

v0.1.7 镜像把 runner 换成
oven/bun:1，entrypoint 仍然跑./node_modules/.bin/srvx（shebang#!/usr/bin/env node）。Bun 镜像没有真 Node，env node落到 bun 的 node shim，srvx 的 Node 适配器会给Request写waitUntil，而 Bun 的 Request 只读 → 每次请求TypeError。修法
node:22-bookworm-slimnode跑 migrate / ensure-init /srvx/bin/srvx.mjs，不走 shebangscripts/docker-runtime.test.mjs，防止 runner 再被改回 bun升级：
FOLIO_VERSION=v0.1.8 docker compose pull folio && docker compose up -d或
./scripts/update-from-release.sh（tag 打出后）。
