GitHub macos-13 Intel runners are heavily queue-constrained and were blocking the entire release. Apple Silicon (osx-arm64) covers all Macs since 2020, so drop the Intel leg rather than gate releases on flaky runner capacity. README macOS download updated accordingly. macos-13/osx-x64(Intel macOS) leg fromrelease.yml.Why
GitHub's Intel macOS runners were severely queue-constrained (a v0.2.0 release leg sat queued 25+ min while win/osx-arm64/linux all finished), blocking the whole release. Apple Silicon (
osx-arm64) covers every Mac since 2020, so dropping Intel removes the bottleneck without meaningful loss of coverage. README macOS download note updated.Re-cutting v0.2.0 after this merges.
