- Introduced Wave Intermediate Representation (WIR) as the foundation for code generation.
- Added WIRBuilder for constructing WIR instructions.
- Implemented x86_64 and ARM64 code generation stubs.
- Created ELF writer for generating executable binaries.
- Added instruction, value, and writer files for structured codegen.
