This PR submits the current information on the Things and Consumers I plan to bring to the TPAC 2026 Plugfest.

Please note the following points:

• Tentative media streaming metadata: I have added media-related metadata to the TDs. Please note that this design in not finalized yet; we have merely included this information provisionally to test it for our Consumer.
• Frequent changes expected: The information (including the equipment itself) is highly subject to change before the Plugfest. Therefore, we do not recommend building Consumers based on these TDs at this stage.
• Feedback welcome: If you have any advice or suggestions, such as what kind of information in the TD would make it easier to interact with these Things, please let us know. Any feedback is highly appreciated!

Really nice to see this work @k-toumura ! I can see quite a lot of input for the standardization work and room to improve the standards. Thank you.
