Reuse import_list for bare from-imports so comma-separated names and aliases parse consistently with parenthesized imports. Add regression coverage for formatting, idempotence, relative imports, comments, and AST equivalence.
Register flag declarations, bodies, and members alongside enums so the formatter emits separate lines and preserves declaration spacing. Previously, flags following other statements could acquire an invalid leading space and fail the AST safety check. Cover member comments, preceding declarations/imports/docstrings, adjacent flags, formatting idempotence, AST equivalence, and CLI checks for interfaces.
