Summary

• Added agent-signal: three MIT-licensed LangGraph 1.2.15 starters: HITL approval with interrupt()/Command(resume=), multiple interrupts in one node (including parallel interrupts resumed by id), and a minimal HTTP approval inbox. Each folder has a test asserting approved side effects run exactly once, plus the captured run output.
