- Move paint-command coordination for 17 control families into TypeScript compiled by scriptc, preserving primitive order, part IDs, seam clips, and editing overlays.
- Keep independent native references and explicit drawing/font/icon capabilities with native-owned display-list, text, and path storage.
- Add production-compiled parity coverage for complete command streams, capacity failures, numeric boundaries, raw text, themes, and ABI ownership.
- Preserve native drawing capabilities and complete command-stream parity.
