- TypeScript now owns layout admission and route selection, ordered stacking/modal/anchor/split/span child plans, and retained anchor strata for shipped apps.
- Native executes explicit measurement and interaction capabilities and applies copied plans to owned widget buffers, preserving preorder, initialized error prefixes, split handle values, and source wrapping during slides.
- Add complete compiled/native layout, semantics, display-command and measurement-order comparisons, exact integer/float-word and ABI lifetime coverage. All 33 compiled tests, four typography tests, and eight packet tests pass; fresh AppKit/Metal verification runs before merge.
- Compile layout admission, ordered child plans, and retained anchor strata beside app models. - Preserve native buffer ownership, split interaction capabilities, and complete reference parity.

- Keep root-relative modals out of floating-child relayout in both implementations. - Cover anchored modal identity and include layout coordination in bundle typechecking.
