- Move retained-tree damage rectangles, clipping, subtree transforms, modal scrims, shadows, blur halos, and control chrome bounds into TypeScript compiled with scriptc 0.2.4; keep Zig 0.16.0 for native capabilities and the independent reference.
- Preserve exact f32 behavior, wide depth values, hidden and hoisted surfaces, complete capacity-error prefixes, and copied ABI ownership. TypeScript requests font measurements explicitly; chart hover-card generation retains its existing path.
- Validate complete invalidations and render-state damage against the native reference, including all widget kinds, sizes, densities, custom tokens, fractional snapping, exceptional scalar words, measurement order, and arena resets; run frontend checks and fresh AppKit/Metal verification.
- Own retained damage geometry and explicit font measurement requests in the compiled portable framework. - Preserve native float semantics, complete invalidations, capacity prefixes, and copied ABI ownership.
