Experiment for strix-pro #524. A skill can set
wrap_up_after_turns: Nin its frontmatter; a sub-agent spawned with it gets a user message at turn N, then every 5 turns: wrap up soon and agent_finish with what you have, listing the rest in open_items. Never stops the agent. No skill sets it today, so nothing changes without strix-pro.
