This PR adds WooCommerce Subscriptions support for Unzer Card and PayPal. It uses the WooCommerce Token API to store and reuse payment methods for future recurring payments.
The implementation was extracted from a custom integration. Hopefully, it can serve as a useful starting point for bringing subscription support into the official Unzer Payments plugin ✌️
