Unzer payment integration for Gambio 4.9.x

Installation out of github

1. Upload the plugin files to the root directory of your Gambio web server using your FTP client.
2. Switch to admin area of your shop and navigate to "Toolkit > Cache", clearing the following caches: module / output / text
3. Go to "Module > Zahlungsweisen" and install "Unzer Payments"
4. Configure the plugin
