A recipe with sar_parquet_root takes the imagette footprints, times and centres from the daily parquet files (WVImagettes plus the footprint polygons) and opens no SAFE. Dateline halves are merged in either order, and polygon k is paired with imagette k. SAFEs without an imagette list, SAFEs whose polygons and imagettes disagree, and imagettes whose file is not in the archive are named in the manifest discovery and logged at each run. Adds pyarrow as a dependency.

A recipe needs sar_archive_root, sar_parquet_root, or both. The parquet folder alone skips the archive check and counts every imagette as available.
