Fix skipped unit tests on linux github action workflow

1. on linux agent when tye2 was still on dotnet 6

• almost all tests are green : 203 / 209

• the red tests are due to host.docker.internal not being accesible in the linux variant of docker
  • Support host.docker.internal DNS name to host docker/for-linux#264

  • even aspire has a workaround for this : https://github.com/dotnet/aspire/blob/main/src/Aspire.Hosting/Utils/HostNameResolver.cs
• i've disabled the red tests for now (by adding a xUnit trait for them and filtering them out based on it):

I will check those 2 failing tests

All tests (old and new ones) pass when i run the entire unit tests suite locally (win 11 with latest docker desktop version running in wsl2). They crash only in the ga workflow. My ideea here was to spinn up an ubuntu vm and try to run the tests in it so they are as close as posible to the workflow’s setup…
