Upgrade the CI and release macOS runners from
macos-15tomacos-26, retaining-intelfor the x86_64 release build. Keep the test and example matrices aligned so artifact names continue to match.Windows already uses the current stable
windows-2025andwindows-11-armimages. All runner labels remain explicit; nolatestaliases are introduced.Validation:
git diff --check upstream/main...HEADpassed. Hosted workflows have not been run locally.
