  • Bumps minimum Python supported to 3.10
  • Modernizes Python metadata and build
  • Bumps Windows CI to windows-2022 and VS 2022

Oh @elopez I didn't see this before I created #214 ... I think we could combine these two PRs. Which do you want to merge first? I'm leaning towards my #214 because CI is recent and updated, but I didn't update any of the documentation.

@ekilmer no worries! feel free to merge as you see fit and pick/rebase anything useful from here. I had forgotten about this PR tbh 😅 and I'm not particularly familiar with pe-parse either.

I merged the master branch on this PR and updated the docs a bit @ekilmer @gsutherland-trailofbits
