Add a test that verifies the parser handles a mismatched closing tag by treating the entire input as plain text rather than extracting a tool call.

The tag regex previously accepted a `DeepSeek` DSML marker on the tag itself, such as `<|DSML|tool_call>`, but this marker is already handled by the `invoke_xml` parser and was causing duplicate or conflicting parsing paths. Removing it simplifies the regex and eliminates the possibility of silent drops when the tag form is used instead of the invoke form.

The tag regex now matches an optional `DSML` marker (with optional pipe or fullwidth pipe separators) before the tool-call name, so that `<|DSML|tool_call>` is recognised as a valid opener. This mirrors the handling already present in `super::invoke_xml` for the `<invoke>` form, fixing a bug where DeepSeek turns using the tag form instead of the invoke form would parse the call as prose and silently drop it.
