Tiny Sweeper reviewTiny Sweeper reviewed this change across 5 lane(s) and found 0 active actionable finding(s). Detailed lane evidence and any incomplete work are listed below. State: Incomplete Review snapshot
Completeness: Incomplete What changedThis pull request adds a move-only native App I/O approval grant and an internal encrypted-file app-store consumer on top of the crypto registry's new physical-gate ordering, together with NASM pinning and a Windows release build job in CI. The critique lane reviewed 12 files with 2 findings but could not review six crypto source files (native_handles.rs, native_handles/app_store.rs, native_handles/app_store_tests.rs, native_handles/cipher.rs, native_handles_tests.rs, device_handles_tests.rs). The security lane reviewed 15 files with 0 findings and skipped three prose documents. The tests lane found every new branch pinned by a named test and no reachable misbehaviour or unguarded invariant. The commits lane found nothing sensitive, and the description lane found the description broadly accurate with no defect in the diff worth reporting. Features

Adds a bounded native encrypted App store owner for Get, Set and Delete. Each operation requires distinct Human Once App-I/O consent and an independently verified native audit acknowledgment. The owner retains its key, queued inputs, worker and output reservations through physical completion; cancellation closes admission without pretending an already admitted publication was undone. File transactions use the merged storage-driver implementation and preserve the existing encrypted-file format.
The owner fences before disposing caught panic payloads, completes queued callers safely, samples trusted clocks inside the physical gate, and checks finite allocation limits before encoding. Controller-owned backing remains charged until actual destruction. Opaque foreign panic payloads, blocking destructors, process abort and receiver destruction are separate from physical worker completion.
Also fixes the failed v0.3.0 Windows 2022 packaging prerequisite: pinned NASM 2.16.01 is installed before native x64 compilation, with an uncached Windows 2022 release-library build check. ARM64 keeps its native build path; version/tag/main-only release guards remain intact.
This is the cumulative follow-up to merged #6 for tinyhumansai/openhuman#7328. It remains a draft while actual App module consent/transport, document consumers, native provider and pairing integration, generation/lifecycle admission and the remaining migrations are implemented. OpenHuman adoption needs released artifacts and the measured latency gate.
Validation of the published App owner source (9398a24): independent source review and fresh Linux verification pass all 60 command gates, including 78 focused tests, Rust 1.96.1 and MSRV 1.88.0 workspace checks, and seven existing native fixtures under debug, release and fresh instrumentation from both owner and Host directories (42 runs). All 71 admitted files exceed 90% coverage. The actual candidate patch, including previously untracked App source, covers 980/1034 changed executable lines against 6e92660 (94.78%) and 1074/1129 against canonical 054cdd8 (95.13%). JSON and LCOV each independently pass the file floors; their export line-count semantics differ. Genuine regression failures were preserved before their fixes; the final payload RED exit 101 is historical producer evidence audited against the unfixed archive, rather than a fresh independent RED run.
These checks prove the internal owner and existing native contracts. The new App bus/provider integration is still required. Both Windows runs at 9398a24 reproduced 29 fixture admission failures. Commit 60b2558 fixes the tests using a canonical temporary namespace and private Windows directory/file creation, including replacement files; production admission rules are unchanged. Independent review, formatting and 78 focused tests pass on Rust 1.96.1 and 1.88.0; full Linux validation passes 717 tests/doctests. A local Windows cross-check was blocked by unavailable NASM and provides no complete Windows proof. At 60b2558, the push Windows run failed four operations with NativeDenied, while the same-head PR run passed both feature test modes. Commit 4482c6b adds a Windows-test-only, content-free failure diagnostic before error collapse; its fixed codes and deadline/phase scalars expose no values or paths. Windows compilation at 4482c6b caught two existing test initializers missing the diagnostic field. Commit 25b25fc repairs those four test-only lines; independent review audited all three initializer sites, and focused checks pass on both Rust toolchains. New hosted Windows compilation and the intermittent denial cause remain pending. No fixture lifetime or production admission rule has been relaxed. The failed-head logs and earlier green bootstrap results remain attributed to their exact commits.
The existing v0.3.0 tag preserves its original source. No release was published by its failed run. Remaining implementation requires a new release from its final merged source before Host adoption; no tag rewrite or completed migration is claimed.
