Moves the vendored submodules to their upstream main:

vendor/tinyagents 3c411b4 → b60a650: about 1590 commits. It is used only by the out-of-workspace crates/tinyjuice-examples, which now builds against the same tinyagents, tinyinference and tinytools that OpenHuman vendors.
vendor/tinybus 65741c3 → 356bb24: host-side admission and ACL checks; the module-side API is unchanged.

crates/tinyjuice-examples/Cargo.lock is refreshed to match.

Part of a pass that brings every tinyhumansai module onto its dependencies' latest commits, then cuts releases and re-pins OpenHuman.

Verified locally: cargo check --workspace --all-features --all-targets, cargo check --manifest-path crates/tinyjuice-examples/Cargo.toml --all-targets.
