feat(shell): command classifier, executor list, env guard, hidden-exec check - #16
Conversation
The executor module was updated to import and use the env_guard module, but the env_guard module was not yet present in the shell directory. This change adds the missing env_guard module to resolve the compilation error and ensure environment variable management works correctly during command execution. Reformat the `classify_segment` function signature so that all parameters fit on one line, removing the previous multi-line layout. This is a purely stylistic change with no effect on behaviour. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly Co-authored-by: Medulla <medulla@tinyhumans.ai>

The catastrophic-pattern check misses common rm flag forms.
joined.contains("rm -rf /") matches only exact spacing and flag order. Forms such as rm -r -f /, rm -Rf /, rm --recursive --force /, and rm -rf / can fall through to Write. In Full tier, Write does not prompt, while Destructive must always prompt.
Parse rm flags from args and preserve support for combined, separate, and long options. The proposed condition must require force; (force || true) would classify recursive deletion without --force as destructive.

There was a problem hiding this comment.
Preserve live bodies preceding quoted heredocs
When an unquoted heredoc precedes a quoted one on the same command line, this call strips both bodies: for cat <<EOF <<'SAFE'\n$(payload)\nEOF\nsafe\nSAFE, strip_quoted_heredoc_bodies blanks everything through SAFE, so this function returns false even though the shell expands and executes payload while reading the first heredoc. Track heredoc operators and bodies in shell order so only the quoted body is removed.

Classify
npm audit fix as mutating
Allowlisting audit solely by its first verb makes npm audit fix return Read, even though it modifies dependencies and may run install scripts while accessing the registry. The checked npm audit --help usage explicitly accepts npm audit [fix|signatures]; inspect the secondary mode before bypassing write/network approval.

Inspect
remote before treating Git as read-only
Every git remote ... invocation is classified Read, but the checked git remote -h usage includes mutating operations such as add, remove, and set-url, plus the networked update operation. Commands such as git remote update therefore evade the documented always-prompt Network class, while git remote add evades write approval; only genuinely observational remote subcommands should be read-only.

Recognize all recursive-force
rm spellings
Matching only the literal strings rm -rf / and rm -fr / leaves equivalent destructive commands such as rm -r -f /* or rm --recursive --force /* classified as ordinary Write, which Full mode may run without the mandatory destructive prompt. The checked rm --help documents -r/--recursive and -f/--force as independently valid options, so parse the option set and dangerous target rather than two exact spellings.

Scan past global pip options for
install
Requiring install to be the first argument misses valid invocations with global options, such as pip --quiet install package or pip --proxy URL install package; the installed CLI accepts pip --quiet install --help, but this classifier returns Write instead of the always-prompt Install class. Skip recognized global options before locating the pip subcommand.

Tokenize leading assignments with shell quoting
Using split_whitespace stops scanning in the middle of a quoted assignment value: FOO='a b' LD_PRELOAD=/tmp/x.so ls returns false because the second token appears to be b', although the shell treats both FOO=... and LD_PRELOAD=... as leading assignments. A caller relying on this guard can therefore miss the dangerous loader override; advance through quote-aware shell words instead.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
Removed the square brackets around `DANGEROUS_ENV_PREFIXES` in the doc comment because the constant is not a Rust item that can be cross-referenced, so the link syntax was misleading. Auto-committed-on: dragonfly
Moves the OpenHuman shell-command classifier (CommandClass enum, classify_segment, is_command_executor, has_dangerous_env_prefix, has_hidden_execution) into tinybox-core::shell next to scan.rs, with unit tests. Pure library additions; no module/contract/bus changes. The host keeps SecurityPolicy::classify_command and the gate policy.
