fix(claude-code): pin tinyagents v2.1.4 (session recovery, ephemeral one-shots, stdout errors, no duplicate turns)

Bumps vendor/tinyagents to the v2.1.4 release (0699f94c), which ships four Claude Code provider fixes:

• tinyagents#360: recover when a resumed session no longer exists. The stale mapping is cleared and the call retries once as a new session. Closes [claude-code] Chat fails permanently — driver resumes a session it never created ("No conversation found") #5648.
• tinyagents#361: one-shot calls without a conversation id don't persist sessions, so the coding-session import no longer picks up OpenHuman's own Claude transcripts. Closes Coding-session import creates and re-imports its own Claude sessions #5721.
• tinyagents#363: on a nonzero exit, surface the CLI's structured stdout result/error message, redacted and capped. Closes Claude Code driver hides structured stdout errors on nonzero exit #5712.
• tinyagents#364: don't re-send user turns already delivered to a shared session. Delivered turns are tracked per thread. Closes Claude Code provider: trailing user message injected multiple times into shared session (parallel services / loop iterations) #5877.

This supersedes #7223 (#5648) and #7225 (#5721), which only moved the same gitlink.

Merge after #7280

tinyagents v2.1.4 also includes tinyagents#367, which adds last_call_input / last_call_output to MessageUsage. #7280 wires those fields in OpenHuman (session_host/codec.rs, subagent_host/ops/graph/transcript.rs). Until it lands, this branch doesn't compile (E0063 at those three sites). Once #7280 merges: merge main into this branch, run cargo check -p openhuman, then mark it ready.

Validation (on the tinyagents side)

• cargo test -p tinyagents-harness --lib claude_code: 122 passed (after merging fix(agent): inject skill tools into agent registry and unify ToolResult (#341) #360, fix(memory): graph query returns namespace data and add sync e2e tests (#344) #363 and refactor(intelligence): move memory workspace to Settings > Developer Options #364 together)
• cargo test -p tinyagents-integration-tests --test dependency_boundary: 6 passed
• tinyagents#364 CI green before merge. The merge resolution also fixed remove_if so it clears a thread's delivered-turn record along with the session mapping, with a regression test.
