How can I write an article?

1. To publish your article, you MUST use Github built-in functionality fork for fork whole project;
2. Then, you can make changes within forked project;
3. After that, you MUST use Github built-in functionality pull request to pull your article from forked project into upstream project branch Draft;
4. And the adminstration will review your pull request, approve and the article will immediately shown in a list.
