🌱 Topic: Interactive learning pathway on uncertainty in trip rates

User Story

As a teacher and manager, I would like to have an interactive module that teaches students and employees about uncertainty in trip rate modeling so that I can better teach both trip production and uncertainty.

Context

Modeling uncertainty is an important topic (see #375), and the Learning Pathways (#383) discussions have focused on building interactive content. By doing both together, we can make the site more useful for teaching and learning.
