- Increase Airtable API timeout from 5s to 15s
- Add timing logs for Airtable API calls (success and error)
- Fix email send failures to trigger error state (was silent)
- Add loading spinner and "Sending..." text on submit button
- Add "Failed!" error state with red button and highlighted error message
- Bump version to 1.0.4 for cache busting
