- avoid ListenRTU to stop accepting requests because of timeouts.
- add an option to notify of error if acceptSerialRequests exits, so ListenRTU caller can retry
when port.Read received serial.ErrTimeout, acceptSerialRequest exited, without notifing caller of ListenRTU
