Remove beta banner from Model Discovery UI

Overview:

Removes the beta warning banner from the top of the Model Discovery UI now that the banner is no longer needed.

Summary of Changes:

• Removed the "Model Discovery Beta" warning alert from the Native Model Discovery page.

Testing Steps:

1. Open the Model Discovery UI.
2. Confirm the beta banner no longer appears at the top of the page.
3. Confirm the rest of the model discovery controls still render normally.
