Add Investor Lockup / Vesting Plan toggle to claim guide - #4

The /claim page now has pill tabs at the top to switch between Vesting Plan (ambassadors & team) and Investor Lockup (all other stakeholders). Both flows share the same page structure, gas warning, and FAQ — with flow-specific step copy, screenshots, and FAQ language. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Investor Lockup is now the default and first tab since it's the primary claim path. Sublabel simplified to "Stakeholders". README updated to reflect the dual-flow claim guide. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
