docs(release): announce fixes — macOS installer, single notes source - #73

install.sh + installation.md cover the macOS ARM64 asset (same tarball layout, verified Linux end-to-end: 1.0.0/75ea776 runs). Only the linux job generates release notes now (the 3-way race duplicated What's Changed 5x on v1.0.0). Roadmap §1/§9.2: tag shipped, announcement is the last v1 item.

Scope: install.sh, docs/installation.md, release.yml (upload flags only), roadmap §1/§9.2. No code change.
Why: v1.0.0 notes duplicated 5x (3 jobs raced generate_release_notes); macOS ARM64 asset existed but installer rejected Darwin.
Tests: sh -n, yaml parses, 453 specs green, format clean, install.sh verified end-to-end (1.0.0/75ea776).
