This reverts commit b11039b.
Added the -N "" option for the host key generation to avoid accidental setup of a passphrase for the host keys rendering them unusable to sshd.
Added the -N "" for host key generation
hmac-ripemd160 has been removed in OpenSSH 7.6.
Add the new Diffie-Hellman groups from OpenSSH 7.3.
These ciphers were all removed in OpenSSH 7.6.

OpenSSH renamed the moduli generation flags on 2019-12-30 (openssh/openssh-portable@3e60d18). The new flags break compatibility with older versions and any code that uses them should switch to the new flags.
