Removed Chat History Tab
Added Data Tab
Data tab can export and delete chat history, import API keys, import and export settings
added: characters to valid list for chat title
made the list 2 columns wide and separate out the experimental providers
Removed the section about environment variables. In docker removed the production build. Both of these can still be found in the docs.

It was not possible to change "Context Optimization" and "Prompt Library".
Added keyboard support for toggling the dropdown using Enter or Space keys, improving accessibility. Also set appropriate focus properties by adding tabindex to the combobox element.
