This PR addresses Kraken (EDF/E.ON) rate-fetch failures when the public REST product endpoint no longer serves a product code (e.g., tariff product replaced mid-agreement) by introducing a GraphQL applicableRates fallback.
Changes:
- Added a new GraphQL
applicableRatesquery template and anasync_fetch_rates_graphql()fallback fetcher. - Stored the discovered import MPAN during tariff discovery to enable GraphQL fallback.
- Updated
async_fetch_rates()to fall back to GraphQL when the REST endpoint returns a non-200 status (import only).
