Added an AI-style image quality analysis panel for uploaded and processed passport photos.

Features Added

• image quality score indicator
• enhancement suggestion panel
• responsive mobile-friendly layout
• reusable analysis component
• lightweight frontend-only implementation

Closes #709

• responsive analysis panel UI
• reusable component structure
• mobile-friendly layout improvements

The implementation was kept lightweight and modular to preserve the existing upload and preview workflow.
