@Vtec234 Could you take a look at this? I think it should be possible to prove this from Meq and synthLevel.

I think we can't call Meq without knowing the levels are equal. On first glance, it seems the equateX conclusions must all be generalized to return l = l'. There might be a way around that, not sure.
